It shows up only on clinic signage and continuity paperwork, so when you see it, someone is being handled.

Audio

Static v3: vaporwave-noir themes with warm pads, rainy neon bloom and slow-burn melody. Each cue is composed note by note in MIDI, rendered through a General MIDI soundfont, then processed with chorus, reverb and a gentle low-pass for the "vapor bloom." No scraped samples. Rain and hum are garnish, not the song. Every cue needs a melody you could whistle.
